Coalescence takes its title from the process through which separate particles come into contact and merge to form something new. Within the work, luminous fragments gather, intersect, separate, and recombine across an undefined field of color and movement.

The composition is never entirely stable. Individual forms remain visible even as they become part of larger structures, producing an ongoing tension between independence and accumulation. Moments of apparent order emerge briefly before dispersing into new configurations.

Through this continual process of gathering and reformation, Coalescence explores emergence as something that occurs through relationship rather than permanence. The moving image becomes a field in which separate elements repeatedly form temporary wholes, allowing structure to arise through motion, proximity, and time.
