Yes, for non-commissioned pieces, I offer a 30-day return policy, provided the artwork is undamaged and returned in its original condition. To process your return, a signed affidavit confirming that the artwork has not been copied or retained on any personal devices is required.
Can I return a commission?
Due to the personalized and collaborative nature of commissioned works, I cannot offer refunds once a piece is completed. I strive to align closely with your vision throughout the creation process, including providing two opportunities for you to request adjustments before the final piece is delivered. This approach ensures that the finished artwork resonates deeply and uniquely with you.
Do you offer refunds on deposits?
I appreciate your interest in my art, and I understand that committing to a deposit is a significant decision. To respect the queue of clients eager to collaborate, I do not offer refunds on deposits. However, to ensure that we are both confident in our partnership, I can provide a free initial consultation before any financial commitment is made.
How long does it take to complete a commission?
The timeline for completing a commission varies from 1 to 4 months, depending on the complexity of the project. Once I begin your commission, it becomes my primary focus. I ensure to keep you updated throughout the process, maintaining open communication to meet our agreed timeline.
How do I hide the power cords?
To maintain your space's aesthetic, consider using paintable cord covers that blend with your wall, or install the artwork near power outlets to minimize visible cords. For a completely cord-free look, my smaller digital artworks are available in battery-operated formats, offering a clean, seamless presentation.
Do you offer installation help or advice ?
Absolutely! I provide detailed guidance on hanging options that have worked well for my installations. For further assistance, I’m available for a video call to discuss and advise on your specific setup. For clients in central or southeast Texas, I offer a personal delivery and installation service to ensure perfect setup.
What framing and size options are available?
You can choose from digital screens ranging from 7 inches to custom sizes that fit your unique space. Artworks are either pre-installed in these screens or provided as a digital file on a USB drive, allowing you to use any compatible screen you own. For a distinctive display, I also offer limited edition “framed” screens upon request.
Is shipping included?
Shipping and insurance are not included in the artwork price. These costs are calculated separately, based on the size, weight, and fragility of the digital screens or files to ensure they reach you safely.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for covering shipping and insurance costs. Please note, depending on your location, you might need to acquire power conversion accessories to ensure compatibility with local electrical standards.
