Welcome Beautiful Soul! I am so excited for you to start your art meditation journey with me. You can start meditating for as little as 30 seconds initially. Then build up to as long as feels good to you. Simply pick a piece of art that you enjoy looking at (there are several included here). Once you are comfortable meditating on your art, then begin your journal every time you meditate. You can check the good things you accomplished, record the date and day of the week, and then add your thoughts. That's it. Nothing fancy is needed, just record what you are experiencing.
